Favourite ride: I like to ride to his house.

Thoughts on biking and fashion: I think we have an individual interpretation of fashion.

Interesting bike story: I came out of my house and somebody had put a bike bell on my bike. It was a spontaneous gift.

Dream bike: Kind of like what I have now except the gears would work and the pedal would not be falling off.

Cyclist: Maxime Lavoie

Hometown: Laval, QC

Location spotted : Biking west on Laurier

Destination and distance: Home, 15K

Cycling months: All year except for December-March

Current ride: My mom gave it to me, so it’s a little girlish, but it rolls.

Number bikes stolen: None. We’re pretty lucky- but we don’t have nice bikes.

Number of bike accidents: None.

When not cycling: We have a band called US.

Favourite ride: I like to go to Olympico with my bike. I live near Parc Lafontaine.

Interesting bike story: We found two bikes at Laurier Park at 11 at night and we thought maybe some people had forgotten their bikes. We came back at three and they were still there. So then me and my roommate had two new bikes. But then they disappeared again!

Thoughts on biking and fashion: I don’t think about it. I just enjoy the ride.

Dream bike: It would have a banana seat.

Dear Bike By Shootings guys,

Beautiful photos, lovely interviews. I've forwarded the blog to my boss who manages to cycle here in London so far without accident (touch wood).

All the best,
Cathy in London, England

My last comment is not an insult but an expression of hope that the couple does indeed exist. Oh and I love the photo.
